Main Uses
Habits and Routines: Things you do regularly.
General Truths or Facts: Things that are always true (like science).
Permanent Situations: Things that don't change quickly (like where you live).
Scheduled Events: Timetables for buses, trains, or classes.
Grammar Rule: The "S" for Third Person
When using He, She, or It, you must add an -s or -es to the verb in affirmative sentences.

Examples
1. Affirmative (+)
I drink coffee every morning.

2. Negative (-)
I don't (do not) like spicy food.
He doesn't (does not) play football. (Note: The "s" disappears from "play" because of "doesn't").
We don't have a car.
It doesn't rain much in summer.
3. Questions (?)
Do you speak English?
Does he work in an office?
Do they need help with the homework?
Does the cat sleep on the sofa?
